The intent of this page is to elaborate on known incidents in which law enforcement/ Government Agencies were involved in addressing matters related to the Karney Group.

While there are other personal incidents—such as those involving domestic battery or car accident investigations, driving unregistered cars —these are unrelated to the issues being highlighted here and fall outside the scope of our information sharing.

FBI Investigation

Many investors and victims have reportedly been contacted by the FBI to provide details about their transactions with the Karney Group. Although the exact nature of the investigation has not been publicly disclosed, it is widely understood within the victim community that legal action is likely forthcoming.

SEC Investigation - Public info

Amogh Karney has been sanctioned by the SEC for making false statements to investors. Despite this, he continues to misrepresent the situation and downplay the seriousness of the enforcement action. In some instances, he has allegedly misled investors in an attempt to draw them into what appear to be Ponzi-like schemes

Narke Holdings LLC that is currently operated and owned by Amogh Karney is known to be under investigation by SEC .

Matters of this investigation is publicly not disclosed but we are willing to shed some information on documents attached for reference on this matter as proofs.

IID Fraud Bureau

"Many victims have reported being contacted by the Iowa Insurance Division (IID) Fraud Bureau in connection with the initial Ponzi schemes believed to have originated from a property in Clarinda, Iowa. Several individuals have received email confirmations indicating that Gmail records have been subpoenaed as part of the investigation. These records reportedly include communications involving some of the plaintiffs in the Nebraska lawsuit, as well as the seller of the Clarinda property. Supporting documentation is attached for reference.

Bankruptcy Fraud

Amogh Karney was indicted and arrested on perjury charges by the bankruptcy court. Although these charges were later dismissed without prejudice—meaning the prosecution retains the right to reopen the case if necessary—serious concerns remain. Karney has taken multiple contradictory positions in legal proceedings, as outlined in the links provided below

Bounced check

Amogh Karney was previously arrested and detained in jail in connection with charges related to bounced checks. Despite this, he recently appeared on a podcast and misrepresented the incident, continuing a pattern of deceptive behavior.

Bounced checks and wires

On multiple occasions, Amogh Karney and Anand Karney provided misleading information regarding actual cash investments. One notable instance involved a $1.2 million wire transfer to Exchange Bank that ultimately bounced—an event that played a key role in triggering the broader investigation into the Karney Group fraud

Tax Fraud

Provided Fake K1 documents , fake tax return documents were provided to Investors and lenders .

Anand and Sudha Karney disproportionately reported less income than enriched cash from these ponzi schemes.

Police investigations

There are known investigations into Karney Family fraud . Which includes matters similar to Nebraska arrest warrant on bounced check . Some complaints include Karney Family ( not just Amogh Karney) . PPP Loan issues

Plaintiffs discovery documents showed Anand And Sudha Karney have routed clients funds to their personal accounts, and used PPP loan funds to pay their employees of their IT company .

And without paying taxes on these routed client funds , showing losses ,they have applied for loan forgiveness for over ~$350K in public funds.
