  • Give MotorCarLease back possession of the vehicle (and all its components).

  • Order the defendants to immediately surrender the vehicle to MotorCarLease (or someone they designate).

  • Award money damages for the defendants’ wrongful detention of the vehicle, including attorney fees and costs associated with collection.

  • Grant any other remedies that the lease agreement allows.

  • Provide any further relief the Court finds fair and appropriate.

The car is now confiscated by the lender .
